We manufacture from customers drawings and designs using the latest CNC cutting technology combined with traditional skills. We concentrate on attention to detail and level of care to produce optically clear machinery guarding, viewing panels, doors, security glazing, fascia panels and many other components for a variety of sectors including Industry, Packaging, Medical, Food and Sign manufacturing industries.

Educational Plastics

Brissco are a provider of plastics materials to Schools and Colleges and have a simple leaflet called 'Plastics for Schools', which specifically meets the needs of the modern design and technology departments.

Flat Cut Letters

We produce flat cut letters from Acrylic, Foam PVC and Aluminium Composite materials. Letters can be supplied with locators and templates if required and other materials can be machined in exactly the same way to your bespoke specifications.

Sign Trays & Boxes

Bespoke Aluminium Composite Sign Trays have become a popular signage option and we manufacture them from a range of colours with a matt or gloss face. They can incorporate Flat Cut, Fret Cut, Push through letters or shapes and illumination.

Machine Guards

Whether your guard or screen is a replacement or for new equipment, we specialise in the fabrication of Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PETG and PVC plastic materials to produce optically clear machinery guarding, viewing panels, safety doors and other plastic parts made to your bespoke specification.
